Community Programs
At The Settlement, our community programs are designed to bring people together, offer meaningful support, and create a sense of belonging. We offer a range of programs and services including free food relief through our Food Pantry, access to computers and phones, community events, drop-in support, and welcoming spaces for connection, creativity, and celebration. Whether you're joining us for a meal, a program, or a chat—we’re here for our community, always.
Community Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry is a welcoming space offering free food and support to anyone in our local community who needs a helping hand. Open Tuesday to Friday, we provide pantry staples, fresh produce, and essential groceries in a friendly, judgment-free environment. Everyone is welcome—come by, fill a bag, and connect over community care.
Community Events
The Settlement provides opportunity for connection and celebration within our community through events held throughout the year, including our annual NAIDOC and Family & Community Christmas Party events!
Resources and Access Program
We provide support to our wider community through access to our facilities including phones, internet and computers, as well as an open-door for anyone to drop-in for information, referrals, support or just to have a cup of tea and a yarn.
